The ingredients

Whole San Marzano

6 tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Oregano

1 Fresh Basil  

1 clover of fresh Garlic

Red Crush Pepper

½ a cup of Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon of Cayenne

Parsley

Step by step process

  1. Pull out a pan from your kitchen pantry.  Set it on the stove and set the temperature to a medium temperature.
  2. Open the can of whole San Marzano and put it into your pan.  Allow this to cook on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Grab a blender or chopper.
  4. In the meantime, take some fresh garlic.  You only need one clove because fresh garlic has a strong scent. Put the one clove of garlic into the blender.
  5. Add your oil.
  6. Add fresh basil leaf.
  7. Take a spoon and pull out the whole tomatoes that haven’t simmered down and place them into the blender.
  8. Blend or let it mix in your chopper for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. After all the ingredients have blended together, pour it back into the pan with the rest of the San Marzano.
  10. Stir and add half a cup of brown sugar.
  11. Add 1 teaspoon of red crushed pepper and cayenne.
  12. Site together and lower the temperature on the stove.
  13. Top with fresh parsley (optional) and you are done.
